Delivery cost
The exact delivery charge is shown in your bag and again before you open Stripe checkout. We may offer free delivery above a stated order value. Local collection is free when it is available at checkout.
Dispatch and arrival
We aim to prepare in-stock orders promptly. The dispatch email will show the carrier and any available tracking details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weekends, bank holidays or severe weather.
Address checks
Please check the delivery address before paying. Contact Noir Auto Care as soon as possible if it is wrong. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Missing or damaged orders
If an order is late, damaged or appears lost, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are not affected.
