Noir Auto Care uses personal information to provide bookings, process air freshener orders, respond to enquiries and, where you choose, send marketing by email or SMS.
Travel quotes and bookings
We use your wash-location postcode to estimate driving distance and a travel charge. Postcodes.io receives the postcode to locate it, and OpenRouteService receives the postcode-centre coordinates to calculate a route. Your name, phone number and booking notes are not sent to these routing services. If you request a booking, we store your quote and the contact, vehicle and address details needed to arrange the visit. A quote is temporarily saved in your browser’s session storage when you continue to booking.
Orders and marketing
When you place an air freshener order, we record the contact, fulfilment and order details needed to complete it. If you separately choose marketing, we record your communication choices and use them to send relevant Noir Auto Care offers through the channels you selected.
Your choices
Email and SMS choices are separate and are not pre-selected. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email, the opt-out instructions in a text, or by contacting Noir Auto Care. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a current valet booking or order.
Who helps us send messages
We use trusted service providers to store the marketing list and deliver email or SMS messages. They process the information for Noir Auto Care under their own security and data-processing commitments. We do not sell the marketing list.
Retention and your rights
We keep active marketing details until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the list. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used.
