Noir Auto Care uses personal information to provide bookings, respond to enquiries, operate the product waitlist and, where you choose, send marketing by email or SMS.
Product waitlist and marketing
When you join the product waitlist, we record your email address, optional name and mobile number, the communication choices you selected, when you consented and the page or campaign that led to your signup. We use this to send launch news, early access and related Noir Auto Care offers through the channels you selected.
Your choices
Email and SMS choices are separate and are not pre-selected. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email, the opt-out instructions in a text, or by contacting Noir Auto Care. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a current valet booking or order.
Who helps us send messages
We use trusted service providers to store the marketing list and deliver email or SMS messages. They process the information for Noir Auto Care under their own security and data-processing commitments. We do not sell the marketing list.
Retention and your rights
We keep active marketing details until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the list. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used.
